EV'RY MORNIN' THERE'S A HALO HANGIN' FROM THE CORNER OF MY GIRLFRIEND'S FOUR-POST BED!
[link]
Gabe, you have no girlfriends.
Because of obvious physical similarities between Mark McGrath and Gabe, Sugar Ray songs always remind me of Gabe. :D;

I've heard some pretty weird interpretations of this song from the internet, but I always thought it was about this: There's this guy who does raunchy things with his girlfriend when his girlfriend's parents don't want him to, but his girlfriend always covers for him saying he's not doing anything. (Hence "she always rights the wrong.") And I guess he's cheating on her somewhere along the way, idk. The "there's a halo... I know it's not mine" thing makes me think the guy's putting on a nice act and pretending to be an angel. Like, in my mind I see the guy physically picking up a halo hanging on a post of the bed, holding it above his head, and acting like he's super innocent. :M
Idk why i just told you all of that, but HEY. It's my description box, I'll do what I want. >:m Hoho.

The song reminds me of Gabe trying to wheedle his way out of getting scolded/in trouble. xD; Which is why I drew this.

I'll probably scrap later because this is pretty sloppy, but I liked it anyways. SO...
The end. c:

Hehehehehehe. I like that you said "Gabe, you have no girlfriends." Funny. xD

Your interpretation is similar to mine. Except this is what's different:
I think it's about a guy who cheats on his girlfriend by borrowing his girlfriend's halo for "the weekend or a one-night stand." I think he wears the halo to convince other girls besides the girl that he's with that he's a nice guy, even though he's really a cheater. But the fact that the halo is removable from the girl makes me think that she's cheating on him too. So "she always rights the wrong" to me means even though he cheats, she cheats too so it's fair. So that's also why he has a broken heart and she ripped it out, because even though he cheats on her, it hurts him when she cheats on him too. Basically.

What weird interpretations have you heard? That it's somewhat probably not but maybe about jail?

Haha. I'm glad you found that amusing. 8D
(?)
(Idk what to say to that. xD)

Oh, I've never thought of that mutual cheating thing! That's really cool 'cause it makes so much sense. 8D
I don't know why I've always imagined the girl's parents being a part of the song, because they're not even referenced ever. xD I guess I just MADE THAT UP...

The weirdest one I've heard is that it's about condoms. (??????????????) I guess halo = slang for condom to some people...............?
And then other people say "OMG this song reminds me of summer."
And then certain people with cats named puffy say, "I think this song might be, but it's probably not, about jail."

Hahaha, well it is ambiguous what wrong she's righting... the whole song is really pretty ambiguous. xD

Hmmmmm yeah that doesn't make sense to me, haha. I'm pretty sure that slang does not exist. And if it does, that's completely messed up, just because a halo should never be related to a condom. Hahaha.

Puffy is an awesome name for a cat. And that response is an awesome interpretation of Wonderwall. It's so specific, so confident in its response.

TROO, TROO...

I agree. That would be the most messed up slang. xD BUT YOU KNOW, INTERNET + STUFF = ????

Yes, yes.
I was thinking about it now, and I can see how he thought the song might have been about jail. :V I hadn't even thought about it before, I was too distracted by the format of his response. xD
