Description

This is a sketch of a pic I was gonna do for :iconchibikingsama:, but I might redo it because it's kind of boring. xD; ALSO, KING-SAMA, IF THIS IS THE WRONG POKEMON... I'll do it again. ;u; You said Candle Pokemon, so I went with this one. I also went and did a gijinka because I LIKE DRAWING POKEMON AS HUMANS...! *U*Litwick doesn't have much going on, though, so I wasn't really sure about the dress...;;; The weirdness of the outfit is another reason I might just redo the sketch.
